Elizabeth is a highly skilled and passionate vocational expert with over fifteen years of experience in vocational rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University (2008) and a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida (2011). Elizabeth is both a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), reflecting her expertise and dedication to the field.

As an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), Elizabeth stays connected with the latest developments in the industry. Her extensive experience encompasses vocational evaluations, transferable skills analysis, vocational rehabilitation counseling, job placement, and in-depth knowledge of employment law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). Elizabeth actively testifies as a Vocational Expert for Social Security Administration disability hearings.

Her experience also extends to the disability insurance industry, where she managed the vocational rehabilitation and workplace accommodations teams, overseeing rehabilitation and ADAAA services across both short- and long-term disability departments.

Elizabeth is highly skilled in evaluating functional capacity and understanding how it relates to the requirements of different occupations. She is passionate about helping individuals with disabilities discover and achieve career goals that align with their strengths.

In her spare time, Elizabeth loves spending time outdoors with her family.
